Associate Product Owner
(Middle Level)
We are looking for a potential candidate for the IT Comtor / Associate Product Owner (APO) position – someone who can understand and interpret Japanese clients’ business requirements for the development team. At the same time, they should be able to comprehend and convey IT concepts that the Vietnamese development team needs to discuss based on customer requirements. This role will act as a bridge, facilitating smooth communication between both parties.

🎖 What to do
Directly participate in projects as a project development team member.
Communicate with Japanese clients in regular or ad-hoc meetings.
Gather and analyze customer requirements, ensuring accurate and complete transmission to the development team.
Understand technical requirements from the development team and clearly explain them to the customer.
Perform other business-related tasks as required.
🎖 What you should have
- You are an ideal candidate if you:
Have Japanese proficiency equivalent to N1 and at least one year of experience in the IT industry.
Have experience working in a Japanese company or in Japan.
Possess strong communication skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Understand Japanese work culture and practices, helping the development team maintain a positive relationship with customers.
You will have an advantage if you:
Have a degree in engineering/technology from a university, college, or vocational school (Senmon) in Japan.
Have studied or worked in Japan.
Have experience in the software IT environment, with skills in BA, testing, or project management (understanding project lifecycle and IT terminologies).
