The “Art Management” project aimed to streamline the management of art collections and sales. That allow user to automatically manage and categorize the art collection, artist or history of clients and required less labor forces
The Challenge
The informantion technology that has affected all industry include Art Industry. Therefore, there was a request to Mynavi TechTus Vietnam for the development of a management system using Outsystems due to the inconvenience of the existing system. The key requirements for the new system are as follows:
– The new system should connect to the existing system’s database and the member-side system.
– Due to the complexity of the PDF/Excel templates in the existing system, they need to be completely overhauled.
What did Mynavi TechTus Vietnam do
Mynavi TechTus Vietnam helps to transform the current system by utilizing Appropriate Tools in OutSystems. Leveraging the strengths of user and role management in OutSystems, we utilized OutSystems’ REST integration. We customized the PDF/Excel output functionality based on the system requirements using OutSystems Integration Studio.

The Results
Overall, the client is satisfied with the 1st phase of this project in which we designed the UI and database based on the basic design given by the client.
