Villathon is Mynavi TechTus Vietnam’s annual innovation event, designed to bring Techies together to learn, create, and collaborate. Through team-based challenges, the program encourages employees to explore new ideas, apply technology to real business needs, and strengthen teamwork beyond their day-to-day work.
In 2025, Villathon returned with the theme “Shaping Tomorrow with AI.” Over the course of a 2-day, 1-night event, 8 teams worked closely together to build products, present their ideas, and engage in open discussions with the judging panel.
Highlights of Villathon 2025
Villathon 2025 was held in the peaceful outskirts of Hue City. Surrounded by green hills and a quiet stream, the location offered a refreshing break from the usual work environment and created a comfortable setting for teams to relax, recharge, and connect.
Despite the calm surroundings, the program kept the full spirit of a hackathon. From brainstorming and topic selection to solution design, product development, and final pitching, all 8 teams showed strong focus and commitment. By combining creativity with teamwork, the teams delivered 8 practical solutions aligned with the theme “Shaping Tomorrow with AI.”
A High-Energy Two-Day Journey
Day 1 focused on building and refining products. Teams spent the day developing their ideas, while evening activities helped everyone unwind and reconnect after long working hours.
At the end of the day, teams presented demos and received direct feedback from Tech Leads. These sessions helped teams improve their solutions and prepare more confidently for the final pitch.
Day 2 marked the most intense part of Villathon 2025. Each team had 20 minutes to present—10 minutes for pitching and 10 minutes for Q&A with the judges. Beyond presentations, teams actively discussed their ideas, answered challenges, and clearly defended their solutions.
Recognizing the Winners of Villathon 2025
After the pitching sessions, several teams were recognized for their outstanding efforts:
Best Overall Solution
Team 2 impressed the judges with an AI-powered chatbot that helps employees quickly search internal regulations, processes, and templates. The solution addresses real internal needs and is ready for practical use.
Best Technical Implementation
Team 5 stood out with Project Wiki, a centralized platform that organizes business information, processes, and project workflows in a clear and structured way.
Most Innovative Idea
Team 4 introduced Onboarding Journey – New “Bee” Journey with AI Assistant, a solution designed to help new employees adapt to the workplace in a more friendly and engaging way.
Audience Choice Award
Congratulations to Team 2 and Team 4, who received the most votes from the audience.
Conclusion
Villathon is not only about awards. For TechTus, the real value lies in the shared experience—working side by side, supporting one another, exchanging ideas, and creating lasting memories throughout the event.
Even though not every team received a prize, everyone gained something meaningful. Each team challenged themselves, pushed beyond their limits, and contributed to a successful and memorable Villathon 2025.
