Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.

At least 2+ years of experience as a AI Engineer or in a similar role

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python).

Experience with Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).

Good software engineering practices:

• Writing Clean Code,

• Familiar with Gitflow / Git best practices,

• Basic knowledge of Relational Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Knowledge and/or experience in Generative AI concepts:

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), retrieval optimization, and chunking strategies.

• Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).

• Building AI Agents and applying Model Context Protocol (MCP).

• Prompt engineering and context engineering techniques.

Familiarity with traditional AI fields such as Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing.

Good understanding of recent trends and research in AI.

Solid English reading and writing skills (ability to understand research papers and technical docs).
