HR Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated, logic-driven, and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing people data, managing multiple tasks, and collaborating with middle managers to improve employee performance and development. You will contribute to building a high-impact and efficient HR function that aligns with business goals.
🎖 What to do
Act as a proactive team player in rolling out Human Resource Management and Development plans aligned with the company’s strategy.
Coordinate and monitor employees’ career paths, including:
Following up on the Performance Appraisal Process
Tracking hard-skill development and job progression
Supporting People Development programs
Analyze HR-related data (performance, engagement, feedback, development needs) to generate actionable insights.
Ensure HR projects and daily tasks are delivered on time, with quality and clarity.
Handle employee inquiries, feedback, and complaints with strong communication and solution-oriented thinking.
Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to identify people issues and propose timely adjustments.
Work closely with the HR team to enhance the efficiency and impact of all HR operations.
🎖 What you should have
Must have:
At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources or similar roles, preferably in companies with a size of 80–150 employees or larger.
Background in IT companies or fast-paced environments.
Solid understanding of:
Vietnam Labor Code
Performance Management Systems
Basic recruitment and onboarding
Strong communication skills — able to listen actively, present ideas clearly, and resolve conflicts constructively.
Proven experience in multitasking, handling multiple deadlines, and maintaining task ownership.
Analytical and logical thinking skills — able to interpret data and make people-related recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in working with middle managers.
English communication skills (basic to intermediate, depending on company needs).
Nice to have:
Excellent self-management and planning abilities.
High sense of responsibility, flexibility, and continuous learning.
Experience working with HRIS, employee survey tools, or basic data dashboards (e.g., Excel, Google Data Studio, Power BI).
Involvement in learning & development or internal communication programs.
Familiarity with employee engagement frameworks or culture-building activities.
Japanese proficiency is a plus.
