Giờ đây, thước đo năng lực được chuyển dịch và gói gọn ở tư duy phản biện: hiểu bản chất vấn đề, thấu hiểu bối cảnh kinh doanh, từ đó thiết kế giải pháp tổng thể và kiến tạo giá trị thực cho khách hàng.

Giải mã ITFS

Intentional Thinking Full-Stack (ITFS) chính là chiếc la bàn chiến lược và bộ công cụ toàn diện giúp định hình chân dung thế hệ engineer mới của Mynavi TechTus Vietnam trong kỷ nguyên AI.

Ở góc nhìn thực thi, ITFS vừa là mục tiêu vạch rõ lộ trình sự nghiệp (Career Path), vừa là nền tảng cung cấp khung năng lực nâng cấp Techie từ vai trò thực thi thuần túy sang làm chủ công việc một cách chủ đích. Tầm nhìn này được định nghĩa qua hai tầng nghĩa cốt lõi:

Hành trình nghiên cứu từ con số 0 của Kỹ sư AI

Câu chuyện ngược dòng về những năm 2020-2021, giai đoạn thế giới đầy biến động với Covid-19. Khi đó, kỷ nguyên AI tạo sinh như ChatGPT hay Gemini vẫn còn là điều xa vời. Làm việc với công nghệ lúc bấy giờ đồng nghĩa với việc đối mặt những phép toán ma trận khô khan.

Khi ấy, anh là một kỹ sư trẻ vừa mới gia nhập lĩnh vực, chưa có nhiều kinh nghiệm thực chiến. Đối mặt bài toán hóc búa cấp hệ thống, mọi thứ đối với anh đều bắt đầu từ con số 0 tròn trĩnh.

Mặc cho sự thiếu hụt về kinh nghiệm, anh vẫn không hề chùn bước; ngược lại, chính tâm thế của một người ‘mới’ đã giúp anh thoát khỏi rào cản từ lối mòn tư duy cũ. Anh Khang bộc bạch: “Tất cả những gì mình có khi đó chỉ là sự tò mò thuần và nhiệt huyết dành cho nghiên cứu”. Chính tinh thần cầu thị của một kỹ sư AI non trẻ đã trở thành động lực mạnh mẽ nhất. Nhờ đó, anh đã biến những đêm nghiên cứu độc lập thành hành trình kiến tạo giải pháp quốc gia.

Rào cản thiếu hụt dữ liệu

Thử thách đặt ra là phát triển mô hình xóa khuyết điểm – Blemishes Removal thời gian thực cho livestream. Thế nhưng, rào cản lớn nhất lại là nền tảng: Hầu như không có bộ dữ liệu mẫu nào về vật thể siêu nhỏ để máy tính học theo.

Q3.“Mở rộng giới hạn” được hiểu như thế nào và làm sao để làm được điều đó?

“Mở rộng giới hạn” với tôi đơn giản đó chính là giảm bớt những giới hạn do mình tự đặt ra. Nhiều giới hạn thực ra là những giả định được tạo bởi kinh nghiệm cũ, thói quen cũ, hoặc “cách mình vẫn luôn làm từ trước tới nay”. Khi bị cuốn theo những thói quen đó, mình không chỉ giới hạn kết quả, mà còn giới hạn cả năng lượng, sự tự tin, và độ rộng của lựa chọn cho chính bản thân mình.

Vì vậy, bước đầu tiên để mở rộng giới hạn không phải là cố gắng hơn, mà là nhìn rõ hơn:

• • Mình đang phản ứng vì sự thật hiện tại, hay vì một ký ức cũ?
  • Mình thấy khó vì việc thật sự khó, hay vì đang mang theo niềm tin “mình không làm được”?
  • Mình đang kẹt vì thiếu giải pháp, hay vì bị kẹt trong cách làm quen thuộc?

Khi nhìn rõ, tự nhiên sẽ có khoảng trống để lựa chọn. Và chính khoảng trống đó là nơi tiềm năng mở ra.

Q4. Phần trên có nhắc đến “mỗi người đang vận hành hệ điều hành của bản thân”. Có thể giải thích rõ hơn phép ẩn dụ này và mong muốn hướng đến điều gì?

“Linh hoạt và sẵn sàng cập nhật” nghĩa là: gặp thay đổi không bị đứng hình, không bị dính mắc vào thói quen cũ của bản thân, của team hay của tổ chức – để nhìn rõ “việc quan trọng nhất cần làm” ở từng thời điểm; rồi biết cách đóng gói thành những outcome nhỏ có value, hoàn tất gọn gàng trước khi đón nhận điều mới mẻ tiếp theo.

Q5. Một câu để anh chốt lại cho phần Ready Lens số này?

Tôi không mong chúng ta “Ready hoàn hảo”. Tôi mong chúng ta Ready để nhận ra thói quen cũ, chọn lại cách vận hành, và mỗi ngày làm rõ việc quan trọng nhất – rồi đóng gói outcome gọn gàng. Khi đó, cả cá nhân lẫn tổ chức sẽ tự nhiên mở rộng giới hạn và sẵn sàng với mọi thay đổi tiếp theo.

In 2025, Villathon returned with the theme “Shaping Tomorrow with AI.” Over the course of a 2-day, 1-night event, 8 teams worked closely together to build products, present their ideas, and engage in open discussions with the judging panel.

Highlights of Villathon 2025

Villathon 2025 was held in the peaceful outskirts of Hue City. Surrounded by green hills and a quiet stream, the location offered a refreshing break from the usual work environment and created a comfortable setting for teams to relax, recharge, and connect.

Despite the calm surroundings, the program kept the full spirit of a hackathon. From brainstorming and topic selection to solution design, product development, and final pitching, all 8 teams showed strong focus and commitment. By combining creativity with teamwork, the teams delivered 8 practical solutions aligned with the theme “Shaping Tomorrow with AI.”

A High-Energy Two-Day Journey

Day 1 focused on building and refining products. Teams spent the day developing their ideas, while evening activities helped everyone unwind and reconnect after long working hours.

At the end of the day, teams presented demos and received direct feedback from Tech Leads. These sessions helped teams improve their solutions and prepare more confidently for the final pitch.

Day 2 marked the most intense part of Villathon 2025. Each team had 20 minutes to present—10 minutes for pitching and 10 minutes for Q&A with the judges. Beyond presentations, teams actively discussed their ideas, answered challenges, and clearly defended their solutions.

Recognizing the Winners of Villathon 2025

After the pitching sessions, several teams were recognized for their outstanding efforts:

Best Overall Solution

Team 2 impressed the judges with an AI-powered chatbot that helps employees quickly search internal regulations, processes, and templates. The solution addresses real internal needs and is ready for practical use.

Best Technical Implementation

Team 5 stood out with Project Wiki, a centralized platform that organizes business information, processes, and project workflows in a clear and structured way.

Most Innovative Idea

Team 4 introduced Onboarding Journey – New “Bee” Journey with AI Assistant, a solution designed to help new employees adapt to the workplace in a more friendly and engaging way.

Audience Choice Award

Congratulations to Team 2 and Team 4, who received the most votes from the audience.

Conclusion

Villathon is not only about awards. For TechTus, the real value lies in the shared experience—working side by side, supporting one another, exchanging ideas, and creating lasting memories throughout the event.

Even though not every team received a prize, everyone gained something meaningful. Each team challenged themselves, pushed beyond their limits, and contributed to a successful and memorable Villathon 2025.
