Mynavi Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yoshiaki Tsuchiya) has announced that its Vietnam-based software development subsidiary, NAL Solutions Joint Stock Company (hereafter referred to as NALS), has officially changed its name to Mynavi TechTus Vietnam Joint Stock Company (hereafter Mynavi TechTus) as of Monday, March 17, 2025.
Background and Future Direction
In response to the shortage of IT engineers in Japan and the growing demand for digital transformation (DX), Mynavi acquired NALS—an experienced offshore software development company—to offer comprehensive agile development services, covering everything from consulting to system development and operations for Japanese enterprises.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of NALS. In celebration of this milestone and to strengthen Mynavi’s brand presence across Asia, along with closer collaboration within the group, the company has decided to rebrand as Mynavi TechTus.
Going forward, Mynavi TechTus aims to contribute to the overall enhancement of technical capabilities and services within the Mynavi Group, while delivering even higher quality solutions to clients.
As a member of the Mynavi Group, Mynavi TechTus will continue to strive for further growth and development.
