We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer to join our development team. As an AI Engineer, your responsibilities include participating in the very first phase of products to understand & resolve multiple product’s problems using AI.
Your ultimate goal is to create high-quality models that meet Product’s needs.
🎖 業務内容
Collaborate with the technical team to design and develop AI-driven applications, including Generative AI solutions (Context Engineering, MCP, AI Agents, RAG pipelines).
Build and fine-tune AI/ML models for diverse business and customer problems.
Optimize retrieval, chunking strategies, vector database usage, and model performance for maximum speed and scalability.
Research, experiment, and integrate state-of-the-art AI techniques into real-world products.
Participate in Kaizen projects of the company to enhance productivity and improve software development processes.
Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
🎖 応募資格
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
At least 2+ years of experience as a AI Engineer or in a similar role
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (preferably Python).
Experience with Python frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).
Good software engineering practices:
Writing Clean Code,
Familiar with Gitflow / Git best practices,
Basic knowledge of Relational Databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Knowledge and/or experience in Generative AI concepts:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), retrieval optimization, and chunking strategies.
Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
Building AI Agents and applying Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Prompt engineering and context engineering techniques.
Familiarity with traditional AI fields such as Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing.
Good understanding of recent trends and research in AI.
Solid English reading and writing skills (ability to understand research papers and technical docs).
