TechTus Vietnamでは、 is looking for a hard-working and technical Project Manager ( Middle/ Senior) who has IT background, can help us create World-class SAAS applications for our growing customer base. You’ll lead and manage the delivery of multiple complex software development projects in a timely, controlled and predictable manner. As the Project Manager you’ll be the driving force for ensuring Agile/Scrum is comprehended and enacted. You’ll be responsible for coaching the Development Team to be self-organized and create high-value products, and remove impediments to the progress.

- Lead the Development Team with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall practices and values.
- チームやプロジェクトの進捗をフォローアップし、プロジェクトの取り組みに関する指導を提供し、プロジェクトのステークホルダーに定期的に状況報告を行う。また、コミュニケーションの質を確保する（頻度、状況やプロダクトに応じた適応など）。
- プロダクト開発、スプリント及びバックログを管理・維持する。
- Agileの儀式を効率的かつ厳格に進行する。
- プロジェクトの状況を定期的に報告し、必要に応じてリスクや課題、範囲を予測する。
- クライアントや顧客との指名事項に積極的にフォローアップを行う。
- 質の高いプロジェクト管理手法を導入し、デッドラインを満たすために効果的なプロジェクト管理方法を実施する。
- 最適な管理手法と実践方法を定義し、導入に参加する。
- プロダクションリーダーと共に、必要なリソース（可用性、スキル）を特定し、プロジェクト知識の共有を確保する。
- システム品質改善プロセスを定義し、最良の実践や関連技術を導入する。
- 成功し、健全な開発チームを構築する。
🎖 応募資格
- IT、情報科学、ビジネス、またはコンピュータサイエンスの学士号。
- プロジェクト管理のトレーニング/認証（例：PMP、CSM、Prince2）があれば尚可。
- プロジェクトマネージャーとしての最低3-5年の経験。
- Agileメソッド論、特にScrumプロセスに関する強い理解。
- 優れた優先順位付け、ファシリテーション、状況認識、コンフリクト解決、継続的改善、透明性の向上に関するスキルと知識。
- 技術的議論ができる開発者とのコミュニケーションスキルと、技術に精通していないエンドユーザーとのディスカッション能力。
- 口頭および書面での英語または日本語に堪能。
- SAAS環境での経験。
- ソフトウェア開発の経験または知識。
- 謙虚な自信 – ITソフトウェアに対する強い情熱。
- 「完璧を求めるあまり、何も始まらない」という理解と妥協の能力。
