Trong một thế giới thay đổi quá nhanh, sự chuẩn bị kỹ lưỡng nhất đôi khi lại nằm ở sự tĩnh lặng và sáng rõ trong tâm trí. Sẵn sàng, là khi mình biết rõ điều gì là quan trọng nhất ngay lúc này để dồn tâm sức hoàn tất nó một cách trọn vẹn nhất. Khi chúng ta biết cách khép lại một việc bằng kết quả có giá trị, chúng ta sẽ tự thấy “nhẹ lòng, rảnh tay” để đón nhận bước tiếp theo với một tâm thế tươi mới, dù sự thay đổi có đến theo cách nào đi nữa.</p>

Khi đó, ta rất dễ rơi vào trạng thái “hoàn thành ảo” &#8211; một cảm giác bận rộn giả tạo khi ta mải mê “tick” vào các đầu việc, nhưng giá trị thật sự mang lại cho bản thân và tập thể lại không hề tăng trưởng.</span></p>

Nhiều giới hạn thực ra là những giả định được tạo bởi kinh nghiệm cũ, thói quen cũ, hoặc “cách mình vẫn luôn làm từ trước tới nay”. Khi bị cuốn theo những thói quen đó, mình không chỉ giới hạn kết quả, mà còn </span><span class="a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none">giới hạn cả năng lượng, sự tự tin,</span><span class="a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none"> và</span><span class="a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none"> độ rộng của lựa chọn </span><span class="a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none">cho chính bản thân mình.</span></p>

From brainstorming and topic selection to solution design, product development, and final pitching, all 8 teams showed strong focus and commitment. By combining creativity with teamwork, the teams delivered 8 practical solutions aligned with the theme <strong data-start="1672" data-end="1703">“Shaping Tomorrow with AI.”</strong></p>

<h2>A High-Energy Two-Day Journey</h2>
<p data-start="1746" data-end="1930"><strong data-start="1746" data-end="1755">Day 1</strong> focused on building and refining products. Teams spent the day developing their ideas, while evening activities helped everyone unwind and reconnect after long working hours.</p>
<p data-start="1932" data-end="2124">At the end of the day, teams presented demos and received direct feedback from Tech Leads. These sessions helped teams improve their solutions and prepare more confidently for the final pitch.</p>
<p data-start="2126" data-end="2402"><strong data-start="2126" data-end="2135">Day 2</strong> marked the most intense part of Villathon 2025. Each team had 20 minutes to present—10 minutes for pitching and 10 minutes for Q&amp;A with the judges. Beyond presentations, teams actively discussed their ideas, answered challenges, and clearly defended their solutions.</p>

<p>From such experiences, many TechTus engineers have realized that collaborating with Japanese partners doesn’t just sharpen technical expertise &#8211; it also cultivates three essential skill groups:</p>

<p>Engineers must constantly ask “why”- digging into the root cause behind every requirement and questioning underlying assumptions. This process builds logical thinking, systematic reasoning, and the ability to clearly articulate ideas &#8211; key skills for developing large-scale systems.</p>

While developing IoT systems for a Japanese client, I had to learn more about MQTT, edge computing, and optimizing message queues. <p><em>“I think Japanese clients are meticulous, not necessarily demanding. Sometimes engineers find them difficult simply because they can’t yet meet that level of meticulousness,”</em>shared a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer) at TechTus.</p>
<p><em>“The Japanese mindset encourages continuous improvement. Every project includes a retrospective phase to reflect and optimize. That mindset keeps me from ever feeling ‘good enough’. I’m always seeking ways to make things faster, cleaner, and more efficient.”</em></p>
<p>Thanks to this meticulous and detail-oriented culture, TechTus teams have significantly improved both discipline and optimization skills. “<em>In one project, through persistent collaboration with the client, our team reduced costs by 70% and doubled search speed. It was a powerful lesson in continuous improvement,” </em>Mr. B.A.T recalled.</p>

Language barriers, indirect communication styles, and rigid management processes can make it challenging for young Vietnamese engineers to adapt. Japanese projects often require detailed documentation, strict schedules, and rigorous testing, where even a small mistake can undermine trust, the most valued aspect in Japanese business culture.</p>
<p>To address this, Mynavi TechTus Vietnam established a team of <strong>Associate Product Owners (APO)</strong> who serve as the communication bridge between Japanese clients and Vietnamese engineers.</p>
<p>Unlike IT Comtors (interpreters) in many outsourcing firms, APO at TechTus are not just language facilitators, they possess both business and technical expertise. This allows engineers to focus fully on technical solutions without getting lost in translation or cultural nuances.</p>
