It was the first building in Vietnam to receive the highest rating from the Vietnamese Green Building Council. The building’s design reduces energy consumption by 25% and water use by 30%, significantly lowering its carbon footprint.</p>
<h2>Electricity generation sector</h2>
<p>Electricity generation is responsible for another 29% of global emissions. The transition to renewable energy sources like wind and solar is crucial, but it comes with challenges, particularly in energy storage. As the demand for electricity is expected to triple by 2050, these technological advancements are critical for a sustainable energy future.</p>
<p>Vietnam has made remarkable strides in renewable energy, particularly solar power. In recent years, the country has become one of the fastest-growing solar markets in the world. <p>Agriculture contributes 20% of global emissions, primarily through fertilizer use and livestock methane emissions. Pivot Bio offers a sustainable alternative with microbial products that allow crops to draw nitrogen directly from the air, reducing the need for synthetic fertilizers. This technology significantly lowers emissions and water usage, benefiting both the environment and farmers.</p>
<p><a href="https://rumin8.com/" target="_self" data-test-app-aware-link="">Rumin8</a>tackles livestock emissions by producing feed supplements that reduce methane emissions by over 90%. Their products not only cut greenhouse gases but also enhance livestock productivity. These innovations in agriculture show that we can sustainably meet the world&#8217;s food demands.</p>
<p>One notable ambition is the System of Rice Intensification (<a href="https://sonnptnt.backan.gov.vn/Pages/tin-chuyen-nganh-214/trong-trot-va-bao-ve-thuc-vat-230/ky-thuat-canh-tac-lua-cai-tien-sri-g-c1777d3fc4b11c4b.aspx" target="_self" data-test-app-aware-link="">SRI</a>). This method involves using less water and fewer inputs, while increasing yields. Farmers in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam’s rice bowl, have adopted SRI techniques, leading to substantial reductions in methane emissions.</p>
<h2>Transportation sector</h2>
<p>Transportation accounts for 15% of global emissions, with electric vehicles (EVs) being a major focus for reducing this footprint.</p>

These engines are undergoing successful trials, pointing towards a future where aviation can be both efficient and sustainable.</p>

The project is about creating an App called CO2 to reduce emissions during transportation activities. It encourages users to use public transportation, bicycles, or walk and tracks the amount of reduction in emissions. The CO2’s target customer is B2B – B2C.</p>
<p>We provided consulting and development services from start to finish, including:</p>
<p>– Designing the app’s flow – Creating user stories to define functionality</p>
<p>– Crafting a user interface and user experience (UI/UX)</p>
<p>– Data analysis: Aggregating the amount of CO2 that users have reduced. Then, converting this data into coins. The application for B2B2C includes both User app and an Admin web interface for managing company employees.</p>
