The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is responsible for establishing and operating the project management system to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as a strategic bridge between Senior Management and the Project Operations team, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Process Development & Standardization
Establish the Project Management Framework, including processes, templates, and reporting standards
- Ensure consistent adoption across the project portfolio
Monitoring & Risk Management
Track project progress, quality, cost, and resource utilization
Identify risks, manage risk mitigation plans, and provide timely reporting
Resource Optimization
Analyze capacity and resource allocation
Propose effective resource allocation strategies to support project demands
Technology & Automation Adoption
Implement and optimize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Backlog, etc.)
Apply automation / AI for tracking, dashboarding, and reporting
Strategic Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reports
Provide insights into project health and team performance for leadership
🎖 What you should have
Professional Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT Project Management, including at least 2 years in a Lead or PMO role
Proven experience in building and implementing Project Management Frameworks, standardizing processes, and operating at team or portfolio level
Strong ability to analyze project performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements
Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Backlog, or equivalent, with experience in building dashboards and KPI reports
Experience working with multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams
Good communication and documentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum) are a plus
